On 12 January 2024, NDB signed three major sovereign loan agreements totaling USD 700 million to support India’s infrastructure:

• Lamphelpat Water Body Rejuvenation (Manipur) flood control, ecological restoration, water management.
• Integrated Sewage System for Imphal (Manipur) modern wastewater treatment and urban sanitation.
These projects support PPP corridors and urban infrastructure modernization.

Although not all PPPAC projects are directly financed by NDB, they form India’s national PPP pipeline aligned with NDB’s infrastructure priorities:

• Nashik–Ahmednagar–Solapur Greenfield Highway (NH-60) – ₹15,146 crore.
• Vadhvan Port Offshore Development (Hybrid Annuity Mode) – ₹18,997.90 crore.
• Multi-Modal Logistics Park (Pune) – ₹1,362.02 crore.
• Ropeway Projects (Uttarakhand) – ₹2,589.04 crore.
These projects align with NDB’s focus on transport, logistics, and urban development.
