Import and Export Support

ADP provides structured advisory and facilitation services to support eligible members in their international import and export activities. ADP does not issue financial instruments; instead, ADP guides clients through lawful banking procedures, documentation requirements, and compliance steps necessary for obtaining bank‑issued instruments from licensed financial institutions.

Our role is to ensure that members understand the correct process, prepare complete documentation, and communicate effectively with their banks and authorized institutions.

ADP Corporate Support for Import & Export Activities

Eligible ADP members may receive advisory support for:
• Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC) for Sale–Purchase Agreements
• Bank Comfort Letters (BCL) / Proof of Funds (POF) for credit line or project evaluation
• Bid Security advisory for tender participation
• Performance Security advisory for awarded tenders
• Long‑term business development support
• Guidance on accessing lawful, non‑interest development funding for social and commercial projects

ADP’s facilitation ensures that members follow proper compliance, banking standards, and international trade regulations.

Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) MT‑760 Advisory

Long‑term contracts, credit lines, loan approvals, and international sale–purchase agreements often require a one‑year (plus one day) cash‑backed Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) to secure the value of the commodity or contract.

ADP provides advisory support to eligible members on:
• Required documentation
• SWIFT communication procedures
• Bank compliance expectations
• Collateral preparation
• Contract structuring
• Risk‑management considerations

ADP does not charge service fees for advisory support. All financial decisions and instrument issuance are performed exclusively by licensed banks.
