Governing Structure of Our Platform

1) Governing Board

Our Governing Board is the highest strategic and policy‑making authority of the platform. It consists of eleven highly qualified and internationally trained experts who oversee long‑term direction, regulatory alignment, and the integrity of our facilitation mandate.

The Governing Board is responsible for:

Election Cycle

To maintain excellence, neutrality, and accountability, the Governing Board undergoes a full election every five years, allowing key members to be selected based on merit, performance, and adherence to international facilitation principles.

Reward & Disciplinary System

A structured system of rewards and disciplinary measures is in place to ensure continuous improvement, high‑quality service delivery, and strong commitment to clients and partner institutions.

2) Executive & Administrative Board

The second pillar of our governance structure is the Executive & Administrative Board. This board is responsible for the operational, managerial, and administrative execution of all tasks assigned by the Governing Board.

Its members include directors, managers, and operational specialists who ensure that daily activities run smoothly and that all facilitation and commercial services are delivered with precision.

The Executive Board is responsible for:

   3. Coordinating with clients, partner companies, and institutions

Annual Election Cycle

To maintain agility, innovation, and operational excellence, the Executive & Administrative Board holds annual elections for managerial positions. This ensures that only the most capable and high‑performing individuals lead the operational functions of the platform.

Unified Purpose of Both Boards

Together, the Governing Board and the Executive & Administrative Board form a unified governance system designed to:
