Public Private Partnership Yields finance System (PPP-YFS)

Yield Finance System (YFS) is highly in practice, profitable and very attractive for both Public and private sectors. The YFS means the Yield Finance System. The main advantage of YFS is that the project owner earns 50% of project cost as soon as the project is completed. It means if a project owner is selecting the YFS PPP system and follows the procedures according to rules and regulations and fulfil all requirements of the YFS system and obtains the finance for his/her project(s) according to YFS rules, then 50% of the funds will be granted and are non-refundable upon completion of the project.

For Example, a client obtained 100 million Euro according to YFS system, and successfully completed his/her project(s), so as per completion of the Project(s) the 50% will be granted (50 million) will know as the Yield of the client and will be non-refundable, the client will be responsible to re-fund only 50 million within five (5) calendar years.

Summary of the Program

A)- In this program the client is issuing a cash-backed non-lease SBLC from any top European bank in favor of Platform renewable until 36 calendar months in sum of only 50% of face value of the project cost in favor of Platform.

B)- The Platform will do the 100% finance of the project within 36 calendar months,

C)- The SBLC will be return to the client without any deduction after 36 months,

D)- 50% of the funds will be known as non-refundable, the client will be responsible to return only 50% of obtained funds within Ten (10) calendar years without any interest.

E)- The client will not be responsible for any type upfront charges or expenses, all type of charges and expenses will be borne by the Platform, i.e. insurance, Notarizing, Lawyers, Court registry and documentation charges.

Advantage of the client;

The YEF is really good comfortable and profitable for clients, because he/she obtaining 100% of project funds but returning only 50% within 10 ten calendar years.

The client easily can to obtain cash-backed non-leased SBCL from its top bank against her/his available assets with very low charges and the charges will also be added to project cost, so there will no loss or risk to the client.
