What is Trade?

General definition of the trade is service for the money, terms of the trade is sale purchase of various goods or assets for profit purpose.

Types of the Trade

The trade is divide on two types

  1. Illegal Trade

The General definition of the illegal Trade is service for the money, terms of the trade is sale purchase of various goods or assets for profit purpose. (Just for money and Profit). The illegal Trade is a big challenge for peace and human being, this is duty of everybody to round against small and big illegal Trade, because as soon the illegal business is ended in the world, there will be no challenge for peace.

  1. Legal Trade

The General definition of the legal Trade is service for the money according rules and Law, and terms of the trade is sale purchase of various goods or assets for profit purpose under terms and conditions of applicable rules and Law.

Types of Legal Trade.

There are four common types of the Trade as below.

  1. Business Services.

For Example: Digital Media, All kind of consulting, online services, Educational services, Health services, Professional services etc.

  1. Trade of Credits

I.e. Sale Purchase of currency, Sale Purchase of Bank instruments like Bank Guarantee, SBLC, MTN, LTN, CD, CB and Bank Drafts. This trade is very profitable but need for very high experience.

  1. Trading of Commodities.

For example: General Trading, sale Purchase of all types’ standard and approved commodities according to rules and applicable Law.

  1. Lending and Borrowing.

For example: Oil Back Lending Process, Grant Funds, Private and corporate banking, Investment, Financing, such of projects as Build Operate and Transfer (BOT), Annual Debt Service Coverage Ratio (ADSCR), Build-Lease-Transfer (BLT), Build-Own-Operate (BOO), Build-Rehabilitate-Operate-Transfer (BROT), Build-Transfer-Operate (BTO), Capital Assets Pricing Model (CAPM),  Net Present Value (NPV) Operation and Maintenance O&M,  Private Finance Initiative PFI, Private Participation in Infrastructure PPI, Public-Private Partnership PPP,  Private Sector Participation PSP etc. To know more about trade please download ADP Trade Journal.
